How can I contact the shop?

For issues or inquiries, please email Customer Service at bizzieplanning@gmail.com. You should receive a response within 1-2 business days.

When will my order ship?

The current processing time can be found on our home page. Orders usually ship in 9-11 business days, although larger orders, group sales, and holidays may result in a longer processing time.

Do you take custom orders?

We do not currently accept custom orders at this time.

Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order within 24 hours by sending us an email at bizzieplanning@gmail.com. Please include your order number in the subject line. Once processing has begun, we can no longer accept cancellations.

My package was is marked delivered, but I don't have it. What do I do?

Please contact your local USPS office for assistance. Unfortunately, we cannot refund/reship any orders marked "delivered" by the USPS.

My order was shipped but hasn't arrived, where is it?

DOMESTIC: Orders are shipped through First Class Mail and they take about 3-5 business days to arrive. There are exceptions though and the USPS may take longer to deliver. Orders will not be re-shipped unless a minimum of 14 business days has passed without movement.

INTERNATIONAL:  Orders are shipped through First Class Mail and they usually take about 10-14 business days to arrive. There are exceptions though and it may take up to 30-60 days.

What is your refund policy?

Due to the nature of these products, we cannot issue refunds. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order, or if your order arrives damaged, please contact us and we will do our best to "make it right".
